Staff are really friendly.
Security helpful.
I have to do a good old hunt but so far found a nice skirt, shirt and jumper.
Some customers can be a bit prickly. One old madame tried to ambush me while I was browsing. I told her just give me a couple of minutes.I normally wait until there is a bit of space after someone has had a look. Was not phased could tell mental health needs to be added to her 'to do list'.

Some of the prices are unjustifiable, and feels as if they’re hurting their cause more than they’re helping it. As other people have mentioned, they also sell Shein with the same prices as vintage designer. It is really warm in the winter though, and fun to browse.

One of the sea of many charity shops with vintage store pricing on 2nd hand fast fashion clothing. One star added due to helpful and polite staff. I feel like charity shop clothing should be affordable for all - definitely feeding into the fast fashion feedback loop.

It’s ok I haven’t been to the one in Peckham in a while but when I did go it was a lot to take in the organisation was horrible but they did have some good bits I also want to point out why is it that on here trade has only replied to the good comments please address the issues and how ur going to fix them I will be recording for my YouTube channel today I do t have to give a semi negative review that would be a shame for a stir that has so much potential

Clothes are overpriced filthy and mostly broken. No quality control or cleaning for such a hefty price tag. Shein clothes listed as vintage and for £20 plus ridiculous. Better off going to British heart Foundation or crisis

Clothes are overpriced and priced almost the same as the designer shops, people go to second hand shop for a reason, to save money and help the environment, but unfortunately the second hand shops have become a money making business.

Sorry about the rating - the women working at the shop were lovely and I have all the time in the world for them. But the massive bouncer with the video camera round his neck? For the sake of the vibes, get him GONE. Yelled at me because my partner took a photo of me wearing a jacket, despite there being no signage that this is disallowed, and stalked around trying to look intimidating the whole time I was there. Where was the need?
