My 2 Icelandics and I have been happy, comfortable and problem free for nearly 6 years now with the Total Contact Saddle, I might add that I am 71, so the TCS is suitable for all ages! We ride up and down some pretty steep hills and no problems there either. I love this saddle, I wish it had been around 30 years ago.

Love my TCS! It's a real game changer for me and my mare. My mare changes shape summer / winter and was constantly changing saddles loosing out on lots of £££££ and the treed saddle never felt correctly fitted!! I suffer from lower back pain and since I no longer have the bulkness of the pony plus the saddle underneath me I no longer suffer from aches & pains and can ride miles and miles and when I dismount i no longer feel like I still have my pony between my legs ! I've done a bit of everything in the TCS and my cob feels much happier & moves freely in her shoulders! I would never go back to a treed saddle now! 2 years on and counting!

The best saddle EVER. This is honestly the best purchase I've made for my horses. They move so much more freely, very lightweight saddles and fit any horse. I feel so much more secure, yet comfortable. When I swap between the TC and a traditional saddle I cringe with discomfort in a 'normal' saddle! It now makes me feel trapped in and stripped of contact. Whereas the tcs I feel so close to my horses, it really helps to get the best out of each other!

Love the TCS! Lisa was wonderful to work with I had already confirmed my order and had a question about the stirrup length I originally chose and she was so helpful with explaining the length needed and also gave me an idea based on what length she uses according to her height. She also made sure that my stirrups I wanted to change out were updated in my order when I decided to go with the longer stirrups than I originally ordered! There were a couple of emails back and forth☺️ and Lisa was very responsive and soo helpful and the shipping was super fast even with the change that I requested! Ohhh and did I mention that I’m in the USA in South Texas!! I’m loving the TCS and my horse is also, no more restrictions and feels much more secure than my treed saddle and I feel more one with my horse! Highly recommended TCS and will never go back to a treed saddle! Will try to include photos next time I ride☺️!

I purchased my TCS a few weeks ago and have been very pleased with it already. I have however, been worrying hugely about cantering in it because my pony has bucked me off in the past when asked for a canter. Well today, I held onto some mane and asked for the canter, not once but twice and it was perfect. I felt so secure, more secure then in my treed saddle and not one buck or even slight tension in the back in sight. To say I'm thrilled is an understatement.

Absolutely LOVE my TCS (both of them). I have 2 very differently shaped horses, one round, one high-withered, and I only use a single layer of reindeer hide under the TCS on them both. I love being able to feel their muscles beneath me, and for my spooky boy, this means I can feel him tense BEFORE he spooks, and if he still does it, I'm so close to him that there have been no unplanned dismounts, and they've never once slipped. My physios have been SUPER impressed with their backs, and the back of my cob has actually improved since my lopsided rider has started using the TCS too. I do still have my treeless saddles, but they're locked away and haven't seen the light of day for a year!

I bought my TCS second hand, but even used it’s in fabulous shape because it is made so well!! I am very impressed by the workmanship and the quality of the leather. The underside is padded and covered in a suede to help keep it from slipping. But it never even tried to slip the first time I used it (in the picture) with a old random saddle pad I grabbed.
I had planned to buy new, and had some conversations with the TCES on Facebook, and just wanted to mention that they were very responsive and helpful. I just lucked out in finding a used one for sale in the US, but I wouldn’t hesitate to order from TCES directly.

This TCS has been brilliant for me and my ponies (Who share the same saddle as it's literally one size fits all!) and the ponies are more relaxed, more confortable to move in the shoulders and it's been a lifesaver for my back as I suffer with PsA.

Compared to the traditional saddle, I feel more secure in the TCS, sit more correctly and have a more natural seat and leg position without having to enforce my body into the 'correct position' as you would with traditional saddles.

Definitely my saddle of a lifetime, thank you!
