Ben is an absolute superstar! Got in touch with him to provide my grandmother with some tutoring with her mac due to my lack of time and boy did he deliver!! She has gone from not being able to surf the web to doing online shopping and receiving family photos via email in the space of just a handful of lessons. Highly recommend!

After buying a new PC we were having some problems connecting our printer, not a very old one, and printing out photographs, we contacted Ben and he came the same day. He was extremely helplful; it was not an easy task and he was successful in fixing the problem. We will have no hesitation in calling him again should we have any future difficulties.
