My occupational therapist spoke to the manager about this issue.its not been addressed

We shouldn't have our independence taken away especially in the 21st century.

This Co-op in West Bridgeford over charge for delivery it's not that great at all and the delivery person takeing our stuff and swapping our stuff the wrong item not going back at all that's why my mum and me Ware very cross and angry and my dad was very angry about that as well. I'm giving this West Bridgeford Co-op 3 out of 4 star's not good shop.

Really friendly and helpful staff, especially at the self checkout which, in my opinion, is far too sensitive but the staff react quickly to make sure you get through speedily. Only four stars as I do find you pay a little extra on some products.

Small local shop but plenty of offers and good fresh produce at reasonable prices. Had to remove a star as the store has taken a downturn since the refurbishment. Sections have been moved - but the biggest problem is that the shelves are not being replenished. No milk, bread only having one day left, offers being very limited stock. Needs to improve!

Friendly and helpful staff. Well stocked, good variety, clean and easy to find everything. Prices are a little dearer than other local supermarkets but always have offers on for something.

Reasonably quiet store. Food looks good and attractive as always, but isn't particularly competitive in prices. Had to ask for location of flyspray as I had looked unsuccessfully. The assistant went and picked it up from a bottom shelf. There was no option, just a single one being sold. Frequently there is a problem in locating goods, unless you are a regular user of the store
