I had a wonderful experience with Lisa when shopping for my wedding dress. Lisa listened to what I liked and my style and the first dress I tried on was my dress! Lisa was very patient with me whilst I made sure the dress was right for me, but I knew it was the one. As a plus size girl, I was really anxious about wedding dress shopping. I feared none would fit or I’d be held in by reams of fabric and pins but it was the exact opposite, in the end, I had multiple dresses to choose from. Thank you Lisa for putting me at ease and making me feel like anything was possible. 5*.

WOW!!!! I had the most amazing experience with Lisa at The Bridal Affair!! I’m not body confident at all but I have never felt so amazing and felt so special! I came to the bridal affair based on the reviews and 1000% lived up to my expectations! The dresses are fantastic, the service is fantastic and I can’t believe how I feel coming away from there! My wife and I were really struggling to find the perfect dress. She was really nervous going in and has had body consciousness issues, but Lisa made her so comfortable the moment she stepped through the door! The dress was very reasonably priced and it made the perfect day even more perfect! Those living in York, it’s honestly worth the trip to get much more a personal tailored service.

An amazing experience with Lisa, I found my dream dress on the first visit. Completely the opposite to what I had walked in for and a complete wild card dress. I felt very comfortable with Lisa and she definitely knows her stuff. I will be returning to add to my accessories after picking up my dress today. Went today and Lisa was so patient and understanding. The first dress was my dress. I told Lisa I didn't want to look like a heifer and she said I wouldn't. Brought my daughter to happy tears when she saw me in the dress. Would fully recommend

What a lovely experience! Lisa helped me find my perfect dress for my wedding day and made me feel so special! I'm a curvy bride and was worried about wedding dress shopping but I did not once feel like I had less choice or that I wouldn't find something that made me feel and look my best on my wedding day! Lisa is so knowledgeable and she knew exactly what dresses to suggest and put me in to figure which was the best dress for me! I was so happy that I said yes to the dress!
