I enquired about buckbootz wellies, the gentleman I spoke to over the phone was most helpful, made enquiries for me, and came back with, that the boots I wanted would not be available to buy till January 2025, so he said the next best thing was the wellies under them ones, he was most helpful, I ordered the wellies and paid for them and he said they would be here the next day, I was most impressed because they were here the following day, so I can honestly say I would highly recommend this company first class service.Top Banana!!!!!!

A really delightful place to visit. A huge range of stock for the DIY business, trade and public alike. A very polite young man served me and sold me some radiator bleeder keys as my house was freezing. Great customer service from a local business.

Dreadful customer service.quoted a price for a repair & item left with them.upon collection, advised cost was nearly double than advised.when queried, was verbally abused by owner & staff member.left agreed payment but will never set foot in this shop again-don’t know how they can still be in business with their attitude to customers.& they wonder why people use bigger retailers!
