They tried to charge me £16 for 2 bundles of the £5 freezer offer. Whatever I buy I always seem to have to ask for my receipt. Waste of time having the Co op app as they never seem to take the money off your offers.

Had to put a star on to post.
Check use by dates.
Went into store for milk and noticed it was three days out of date, gave it to a staff member who just said oops. Not the first time on other dairy products either. Also can be difficult to redeem money off offers from the app, staff in my opinion try not to apply them , if challenged try to blame the system ( profit I wonder)

excellent selection of produce and staff are very open and approachable compared to other places, they offer you a coop card when you pay as you'll be earning some pennies after each pound spent and their app offers you weekly discounts which you can pick then use in store, they supply a temporary card which you can register with online then they will post you your permanent one a week or so later.

Went in tonight looking for plastic forks as I forgot them to supply them at buffet that i provided not many on the shelves ,however Tracey went above and beyond to help me with this dilemma and gave me wooden forks from their personal supply extremely appreciative of this and will be replaced thank you so much for getting me out of a tight spot many thanks xx

Handy for quick collections when you run out of produce.... Staff are very helpful however one lady in particular, never smiles for every visit
Always makes me feel a little uncomfortable.... Shame really...

Nice store but checkout disappointing-small checkouts not suitable for trolleys-lady in front of me had large shopping trolley quite a queue self serve was waiting for age related sale to be cleared byassistant who was ser ing trolley lady-no extra assistant was called for 5 in que-shame nice store but puts me off going back

For a company that charges a little more.... You need to sort out your fruit and veg suppliers. Seems most don't reach their use by date.... And fruit that goes from rock hard to leather like, without becoming edible.
Potato's sprouting within days etc. Please sort it co op been a member years and making me go elsewhere sadly.
