AAA*** customer service. Order damaged by courier on delivery despite excellent packaging, no fault of northants tools. Situation immediately rectified with next day delivery of perfect tile trim, excellent quality product, looks fantastic! 5* service would highly recommend. Fantastic company to deal with.

Watch you don't get caught out by their free delivery on orders over £199 offer. They don't tell you anywhere but they exclude things like grout and adhesive (which is why they show up as the cheapest on google). They slap on a big charge quietly just prior to getting your payment details.

Be careful wot you buy from this company there selling out of date grout and tub adhesive that doesn't set been emailing them only to be fobbed off keep telling me they are in talks with BAL asked for a refund no joy there had to reorder from tops tiles.

I ordered from them tile trims 130 pounds including next day delivery . They said item been delivered ,but they know only that , and time . No signature or who get delivery . No note been left item is with one of the neighbours . When I call them they said I should knock every neighbour and ask , in building where is 50 flats . Now they act like - your item been delivered and end of story . I can’t get my money back from them .

Helpful and informative staff. They were very patient and helped inform me on the scope of materials and tools needed to complete the job. Weren't pushing for sales unlike other companies can.

I'm waiting already one and a half month to get my item from them but always when I call them it's just excuses like "we don't know when manufacture will send it to us"
