I had to give a star to write a review but ideally I would give this company -10 stars and that’s being generous! My only advice to you is: DO NOT LET THEM IN! Unless you want your house completely wrecked, “two weeks” work taking a year, dangerous metal work left sticking out of the walls causing personal injury and then having to wait for a different company to come in and fix their mistakes. Shoddy work/cheap materials and incompetent, disrespectful staff!!

Terrible experience. engineer left a dangerous install (doesn’t seem to be the first time this has happened) after complaining for a week to Ohme the had a 3rd party come and correct the install, this unfortunately left multiple holes in my property and now seems to be radio Silence from them.
Happy to take money from myself though, 4 weeks after install and still waiting for a refund for materials and labor not used.

Booked an installation with Crystal? Don't bank on it!

I am awaiting the highly anticipated arrival of an engineer tomorrow, after three already failed attempts to fulfil our agreed appointments.

Interesting to read reviews from other 'customers' with the same experiences as me - professional standards evidently don't matter here.

I have been expecting the elusive engineer on 25th July, 6th August, 7th August and Crystal are now 'hopeful' they will materialise on 8th August - I'm not getting my hopes up.

My choice is limited with purchasing through Ohme, but if you have the option to AVOID this farcical carry on, I strongly recommend you do.

Crystal installed my EV charger and when my energy suppliers electrician saw the install, he issued a British Gas "Notice of potentially dangerous situation" safety notice for their install.

Now 3 months later crystal electronics are still not returning my calls or talking to me about this. Id avoid them and their cowboy installers.

Crystal were allocated my EV charger installation. Came to do a site survey, advised would confirm a date for the following week and then ...... vanished! I called twice over two weeks and was told they would be back to me within the hour. No return call. Today I called again and was told they have no information about my job. A month of my time wasted. If you want service..... avoid Crystal !

I had AJ Theron visit my property yesterday and I was thrilled with his customer service. He was very accommodating, answered all questions and did an amazing job with the installation of my EV charger.

One of my concerns was the wiring and not wanting it on the face of the property where it can be seen. AJ did a great job keeping it hidden as per my requirements and his professionalism was outstanding. He was clear with what he was going to do and checked with me when he was going to do it.
I was very happy with his attention to detail and he completed a thorough job.

On installing an EV charger they managed to drill into an armoured cable which was repaired with underrated components.

After some time these got very hot and melted almost causing a fire, see pictures

Do not use this company, they are slap dash and dangerous - AVOID !
