Contacted Jennie about suits for my wedding. the response was almost immediate and i booked an appointment for fittings for four of us. she really made the whole experience so easy and relaxed collecting the suits was made so easy, and also dropping them back off was just as easy. the whole experience was amazing id recommend anyone to use serenity as Jennie really cares and is willing to go the extra mile to help.

Jennie helped me find my dream wedding dress and also sourced me my dream veil and added beautiful Swarovski crystals to it.

Jennie was always very friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Her positive attitude was always so delightful when I came for my appointments. All of my friends and family thought she was so lovely too!

It was a joy to work with Jenny, it was just a shame she couldn’t have been there on the day! All of my dreams came true and I felt like a princess.

Super impressed by my recent experience of Serenity.

I haven't lived in Devon long so wasn't sure where to hire a suit for a recent Wedding that I attended, so did a Google search and to my surprise I found Serenity was in my local town.

My experience has been superb from that day on, I rang and spoke to Jennie who was lovely and offered me a selection of times to come in and be measured.

The following weekend I went to the shop and met Jennie and found her to be not only professional but also lovely to speak to and very helpful.

Being of a larger size and having left it quite late in the day, I was a little worried that they may not have anything to fit, but Jennie quickly suggested otherwise and came downstairs with a suit which after a few tweaks fit perfectly.

I would recommend Serenity wholeheartedly to future customers and thank them and particularly Jennie for all of the help given. I will be back! using the famous quote from the movie, Terminator.

Serenity provided 5 suits for my wedding. All suits were perfectly fitted and extremely comfortable on the day. Service was amazing, could not fault it at all! Jennie is also one of the nicest ladies (both me and my wife agreed!) A* service couldn't recommend enough.

Jennie goes above and beyond for all her brides. My friend had her dress from here and it was amazing and the service fantastic. 12 month later I rung to see if she had an off the peg dress by chance. Jenny found me one from a local dressmaker. Within 48hrs of contacting her, she found the perfect dress and took it away with us. Anyone looking for someone that is not pushy, listens to what you really want and does not try to push you in making a purchase, you must go there. Thanks Jennie for all you did.
