Previously rated 5 star, changed to 2 after some bad experiences -

Pros: Friendly, capable staff, nice environment, good vibe, and free drink on arrival while you wait.
Parking is close by, free and convenient. I book on behalf of my husband online which is super easy.

Cons: He hasn't always had the staff we booked with - I'd recommend keeping an eye out for that.
Results are very inconsistent between barbers, some great cuts, and others very disappointing (most recently before our wedding day, having showed the barber a photo of a previous haircut as reference to ensure there was no communication issues in clarifying what style he wanted). As such I now cut his hair. Paying £24 for what an only be described as a buzz cut is pretty insulting.

Welcoming, friendly and clean environment. All staff are polite, sociable, greet you on arrival and offer you a drink. There is always a positive atmosphere and the haircuts are superb. Staff also go out of their way to find you a suitable and convenient appointment which is a testament to the service they provide.

Despite me being awful at articulating what trim I want, the staff always understand what I mean and I always walk away happy with my hair cut! Everyone is easy to talk to, polite and the whole service is wicked. Been a customer for years now but prior I had switched between half a dozen different barbers and this is by far the best one I've ever used!

I’ve been using this barbers for years. Never had a bad cut from any of the barbers. Always hospitable with good chats. Service is quick and efficient (when pre-booked as never done a walk in) and easy to park right outside. Highly recommend

I have been coming here for quite a few years now and I’ve never been unhappy with the service received. Have had a cut from a number of barbers in the shop and the atmosphere is excellent. I wouldn’t go anywhere else, I even have to message out of hours to try squeeze in! Highly accommodating if possible. Place to go. Highly recommend.

I have been coming here many years and is the only place I go to get my haircut. All barbers do a top job , great atmosphere , friendly and welcoming. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting a top hair cut :/)

What a waste of money! £24 is a rip off! I had “cam” who’s an inexperienced barber today and the job was what you’d expect! Sub par, and that’s a compliment! There was one elder in the premises and two college students who bragged about having to go to college throughout the whole time I was there. The place was a mess and they complained about it being busy although you have to book to get an appointment. Very immature environment and won’t be using again!

One side burn had been cut into too deeply leaning them uneven which I had to sort at home myself, the “fade” near my parting I had to spend money on elsewhere to get sorted was shocking and there was no natural ability on show from Cam!

Also please do not rely on the ratings on booksy where you have to book in as they are all from three people. Apparently summer had a great beard shave there at one point! Utter bull!

Waste of money and find a good barber somewhere else

I came in for a head shave, a number one all over, the staff were very friendly and a cool bunch of staff !!! The barbershop was very clean and decorated nicely!!! Barbers that spoke to you rather than ask how you want your hair, cutting it then taking your money, by speaking to you it felt more personal. I will be back to get it done again I completely forgot to ask when I was in there if they shaped beards, moustaches etc I'm sure they do !! I will have to ask next time.

But a well deserved 10/10
