Stayed at the campsite Rookery Waters. Very tranquil and lots if birds and wildlife to see, great walks good sized pitches , fishing from pitches if you want to . Friendly staff and lovely café. No idea on the fishing front though , definitely recommend ?

Fantastic Family Fun Day at the weekend Grandchildren loved the fishing lesson and the pond dipping. Held annually on Aug Bank Holiday Monday highly recommended if you are in the area all proceeds to Cancer Charity entry is free.

Alex is amazing, bloke, very helpful indeed. The fishery is clean and well maintained, and some really good fishing is available. Good to be able to park behind your peg.

Good commercial water. Fish seem in good condition and not potbellied Boily hoovers. Carp up to 30lb in Rook. With the right bait and conditions bags into double figures possible.
