Staff unaware that raw chicken should be put in a separate bag and that is exempt from the 5 P charge. When questioned i was told that it is not something co op do ! Maybe a quick look at gov.uk/ carrier bag charge is in order .

friendly staff and the manager karen has always been helpful when I have been in store. I now shop here rather than my local dunholme store because the manager is always helpful
