Unhelpful and patronising. They are clearly short staffed but the assistance, cordiality and advice you used to get no longer exists. We were told to go on the internet to research the dehumidifiers they had on the shelf because "the plumber was off"! Many items are not held in stock and therefore have to be delivered from the manufacturer.

love this place ...but times are a changing...stock levels in many aisles are low...timber and building goods especially no one knows on restocking times so planning work is very hard.
locally stocks on timber is low but nearby... a plenty.
