Can never get in the shop in the mornings they don’t like to open main doors and only like to serve people from the hole in the wall morning staff have terrible attitude you feel your causing a inconvenience to them. Definitely needs looking in to. The dunswell store is best.

Great place to drop off parcels, much more efficient than Royal Majl and competatively priced via eBay. Fantastic staff too.

I had difficulty with a parcel return earlier today and the staff were more than happy to go above and beyond to help me sort it out. Both patient and friendly I can't thank them enough. Cheers Barbara, Jane and Adam.

Discriminatory towards the disabled. The disabled toilet cannot be properly accessed as the door opens into a corridor that is too narrow to maneuver past. Upon bringing this up with staff, they laughed it off and suggested we "just had to get better" The toilet is looked with a keypad lock, not a radar key. It also doubles up as the cleaning cupboard, with cleaning chemicals within reach and leaving barely enough space for a wheelchair and no room for a carer to assist. There is no emergency pull cord, and no space to hang a colostomy bag. This has been the case for many months.

Ate at the subway on the day it opened and it was lovely served by a super polite person who sadly wasn't there today and what a difference, I was served by the rudest boy ever with the fakest smile he was so badly trained I asked for toasted didn't get that instead got a soggy bread, didn't ask for Mayo got Mayo. Even the drink tasted more like water than coke, didn't even get an apology and no where to complain but the adjoining shop. DO NOT EAT HERE

Sells locally sourced produce, especially good for a few ales from the many brilliant small breweries in the area.
