Helpful, friendly switched on staff. Clothes you would be hard pushed to find elsewhere - quirky, unique and lovely quality- but the rails are PACKED. Quite a workout trawling through them but so worthwhile when you find a bargain!

I purchased an item through their online website Sariska and unfortunately had to return it as too big. It was posted back Royal Mail tracked and signed for but 2 weeks later I have still not received a refund despite having proof of delivery and a signature. Emails go unanswered and phone not answered either. Very poor service.

I purchased dresses online through their online shop named Sariska , unfortunately had to return and received an e-mail to advise refund had been processed, have not received the refund after the 10 days that their return policy says it can take , sent messages through their online form on website as no e-mail address , have not received any replies , this sadly does not give me any confidence in buying from small business.

Update:
After several e-mails I finally received a phone call to advise they were having a problem with Worldpay and today I have received my refund .
