I used this product on an 150kms event. 50k sea laying, 50k cycling and then a 50k walk. I had the Lemon flavour which was great. Not too sweet or salty. The event was over 24hrs and Tailwind certainly gave me a boost. No horrible after taste like some products. Great product will be using again as my go to sport energy supplement.
