Amazing service from all involved! Special thanks to Annie and Had-lee for all their help!
Annie was our main point of contact and was always very clear in her emails and always available when we needed help.
The live chat is a fantastic feature and we were always quickly put through to the relevant people or our issues were solved quickly.
We had quite specific requirements and the team were always happy to help fulfill these and find a work around for us.

I will star from thanking ShopWired for taking such a great care of building our website. Hasan in particular shown to be an amazing help. As our set up manager he was always there for us, any issues or updates. He was quick to reply and action all changes during a day or even late evenings. Hasan provided us with ideas and improvements which turned out to be a fantastic input.
I would definitely recommend SW to anyone who is thinking of building their e-commerce. The quality of work is outstanding!

The online help when setting up was brilliant. Agent Hasan sorted two issues with me by telling me what to do - but better than that in both cases asked 'Do you want me to do this for you?' Music to the ears. Instantly both changes happened on my screen. I doubt on line support comes any better than this.
