Very convenient location for me. Better than travelling to B&Q, they abandoned Barnsley. I can get the items and have the job done before I’d get to Cortonwood.

Called today at 15.45pm. Was told on entry that they were shut in 10 minutes.
Raced around to the garden section and it was closed and barred already.
You need to advertise that this section closes before 4pm, not sure at what time it was closed off.
Not sure what time it did close.
Rushed off to Pot House garden centre and spent my £50 there instead.

Been quite a few times and I’ve always been impressed with the quality of items and helpfulness of staff unfortunately I wasn’t impressed with the last visit asked for assistance with loading some heavy items in to my car the first assistant basically told me I should have brought someone with me he obviously wasn’t impressed with having to help I thought that was what they were there for helping customers he obviously had other ideas

A good selection but I find the place a bit depressing. The staff just don't seem motivated and hard to find some things. A few small changes here and they could do really well, especially with the demise of Wilko.
