Wonderful customer service.

My husband had been dreaming of faggots, Daisy and Tilly’s ordered them in and texted when they arrived. A truly exceptional service.

The faggots; don’t let their smaller size fool you, they are big on flavour. The tastiest Shropshire faggots my husband has eaten so far.

Ohh dear..........hero to zero in a stroke............. I have been a regular here pretty much since it opened. This is because I am fully on board with their ethos and offering. Additionally, going local and sustainable from an independent service provider gives a direct connection between the business and their suppliers. I dropped in last Sunday and made a larger than unusual spend on "treats". The whole experience was awful. The teenaged staff were condescending, officious and made me feel extremely uncomfortable. I was treated as an inconvenience and that they were doing me a favour serving me and that my custom and presence in the shop was not welcomed or valued. So with extremely limited choice having paid for overpriced products (the bread that turned out to be stale btw). I left humiliated, feeling ripped off, angry and vowing never to use them again. Looking after regulars in relation this merchants offering is at the core of its business model. Good luck with retaining your customers.

Popped in to Daisy and Tilly's for a takeaway cup of coffee - great flavour Japanese roast called Bushido, freshly ground and served in Shrewsbury Cups. Delicious!

Exceptional variety of well thought out local and fairtrade goods, (as a previous fair trade manager of a different shop their prices are VERY good), fresh food, very lovely staff, household staples, and little treats. Lovely to shop there.

Lovely little shop and it's thriving! Great selection of meats from Wenlock, local beers, interesting groceries. Plants are fantastic! Parking is limited but accessible.

Soya milk available for our tea which Dobbies just on the roundabout does not have.
