I would highly recommend lucky sixpence as the place to get your wedding dress. Vicky was so lovely and she made me and my bridal party feel very welcome. I loved that there wasn't a huge amount to choose from so it wasn't overwhelming, but there was still plenty of chose all in different styles and colours. Not only did I get the dress of my dreams but I got my vail and hair piece from Vicky too. Thank you so much for everything ❤️

A massive thank you to Lucky Sixpence Bridal! Vicki was wonderful, she doesn't push and lets you go at your own pace. I brought my Mom and youngest daughter with me (6 at the time) and she was so accommodating. I would recommend her to anyone that's looking for a home from home experience.
The third dress I tried on was the 'one' and my husband (and others) were completely surprised to see me in white! (I wear black constantly and wanted a black dress for as long as I can remember).
Thankyou again, and if you're still about when my girls get married, we will be coming to you!

Lucky Sixpence Bridal set up is brilliant and Vicky could not have been more helpful or welcoming. There was no over-the-top approach (which can sometimes feel false), but a genuine want to help you find your perfect dress. Vicky also has all of the accessories to give you options and visuals of what you can look like on the day! As an indecisive and self conscious bride it was lovely to have the place to myself and try on the dresses at my pace. Though I still haven’t decided on my dress, I cannot fault the experience that I had. Thank you so much again!

I came across Vicky and Lucky Sixpence Bridal on instagram when looking for a comfy and light weight wedding dress. Lucky Sixpence stood out to me as the bio said they covered both the elements I was looking for! I arranged an appointment with Vicky and she was just lovely. Upon arrival Vicky sat us down and asked about me, the wedding, venue, styling and really took the time to get to know what I was wanting. We then picked out some dresses and Vicky gave advice on dresses to try and what alterations may be possible. After about 2 hours I had found my perfect dress, all whilst being so relaxed and feeling comfortable. Being a ‘plus size’ you always have a fear in your head that something won’t fit you but Vicky had lots of dresses in bigger sizes to try and was able to ‘clamp’ smaller sizes so you can still try on whatever dresses you want/like. Delivery of my dress was quick and pick up was so easy. Everything was so calm and relaxed with Vicky. Thank you so much for making my wedding dress shopping such an enjoyable experience! Definitely recommend Lucky Sixpence Bridal.

This is a far better experience than going into a shop to look for a wedding dress. Vicky is very patient and helpful. The very first dress I tried on was the one for me. I tried on others, but they didn’t feel the same. Vicky made sure the dress fitted correctly and was the right length. Everyone has commented on how lovely my dress looked on the day.

I am more of a jeans and trainers type of girl, so the thought of trying on wedding dresses was a little overwhelming! From my very first appointment to look at dresses, Vicky put me completely at ease and was not at all pushy, just offered great advice. A beautiful setting and bridal room. A great selection of dresses in all different sizes, to cater to everyone. I found my perfect wedding dress and am still in love with it as much now as when I first saw it! Tucked away down a country lane you will find Lucky Sixpence Bridal, a unique personal boutique offering a range of bridal gowns and accessories. I had been to many bridal shops prior to visiting Lucky Sixpence Bridal with each experience being very much the same. As a plus size bride I found it hard to find the perfect dress, there was always something that i wanted to adapt or change to suit my shape. Vicky at Lucy Sixpence bridal was so helpful, i tried on an array of dresses, we talked about alterations, it was such a special experience which lead to me finding my dream dress. I highly recommend Vicky, she is such a talented seamstress her work is outstanding. Thank you Vicky for helping to make our day perfect xxx.

After being badly let down by my wedding dress supplier, I was left with just two months to go with no wedding dress. Every shop in Norwich said I could have one off the peg or it would take anything up to 4 to 6 months to order in a made to measure one. I thought the whole process of buying a wedding dress was meant to be a wonderful experience, in my case it was an absolute nightmare. I was totally distraught and at the end of my tether when a lady overheard me talking and recommended the wonderful Vicky from Lucky Sixpence Bridal. I walked in with no hope and instantly was put at ease and realised my wedding may be going ahead after all. Vicky quickly picked up on my lack of confidence in myself and made me feel beautiful without being pushy or overpowering. She holds a great range of sizes which was brilliant Trying a dress on that fitted or was too big was so much better than trying to imagine what you look like in a dress 3 sizes too small. I picked my perfect dress but just wanted to think over night about it and talk it over with my hubby to be. Vicky was so nice, she put no pressure on me to make a decision there and then and even let me take a picture of it. She said she could order the dress in within 7 days (amazing). One of the highlights for me was that Vicky was herself a seamstress and therefore knew exactly what alterations could be done and was totally honest about what was possible. After a couple of fittings and a few alterations I had the dress of my dreams and really cannot thank Vicky enough. She was kind, understanding and just an amazing lovely lady. I would not hesitate to recommend Lucky Sixpence Bridal to anyone of all shapes and sizes. She made me feel like a princess for the day and made buying a dress a very enjoyable experience.
