Staff have been rude on multiple occasions. Everything’s is always priced up wrong and they are pathetically incompetent at talking to customers. Also being not just rushed out but told to hurry up in a 24 hour shop being told “I have to mop” is also a disgrace

My daughter went in to buy a meal deal one day, the guy serving charged her £5 for just the smoothie part of the deal. She questioned the price ( which was clearly incorrect) and was told she could select another drink instead! When she put the smoothie back, she checked the terms of the meal deal and it was in fact part of the deal. She didn’t want further arguments so bought another drink in its place.
Since then my other daughter has been in to buy a sandwich and was charged £8 for it. She argued ( a little more forcefully than her sister had, knowing that this had happened previously which the smoothie) but was told if you she didn’t want it, she could put it back! Another member of staff was laughing about the incident too. In addition to this, my daughter has twice bought milk from this shop that had no seal once the screw top was removed and had on both occasions gone sour!

Convenient 24hr little shop great for if you need a snack as a uni student or if you of course need to fuel your car. It's conveniently located not far from campus and has enough stuff for someone needing a one off meal or snack.

I went in last night on my way home, I only bought an orange chocolate Twirl bar at 79p. I paid cash - a 50p coin, a 10p coin & 4× 5p coins. The till operator took my coins, put them in the till then stood back. He seemed unaware of why I was still standing there. I had to ask for my penny change.
I know that it's not much but the same thing happened a year or so ago, that time it was 2p. They're on a busy road how many hundreds of customers do they not bother to give small change thinking that it will be accepted? It's no just a few pence each time but it adds up to several pounds over time.
Had my chocolate bar cost 81p I'm sure that he wouldn't have accepted 80p from me!

Great little shop, I can get my fuel car wash, and it had a good stock in the shop for all everything.
