It is refreshing to see an independent shop with so much character! The goods are all really tastefully selected and the array of homeware products are gorgeous (they sell the best room sprays and cushions!). Christopher makes an effort to speak to every customer and is so welcoming and helpful! We love having this in the town!

Wow! I could leave it there, as wonder and joy explained with "wow" defo covers the feeling when you enter, but this little store deserves more. Choice, oh the choice, and cool, OMFG the cool choices of so many things. This little big shop is a definite must for anyone visiting Devizes, ney Wiltshire, ney Europe. Its not just all the beautiful wares they stock though. I could have spent the entire day in there chatting on with his nibs. Christopher guided us to throw caution to the wind, embrace our inner design god and go with what we liked. And boy oh boy what a difference to our house his masterful mentoring has made. I intend to be a regular as there's nowhere else in flying distance with such choice of uber design chic. Go to Urban Rustics now (or maybe only when they're open), you'll be (not surprised because you've read this review) rewarded with the design equivalent of a certain Wonker's chocky factory.
