I purchased a vehicle from 911 sport a few months ago and from viewing the vehicle to finalising the purchase was fantastic. Phillip and his team made me feel welcome and comfortable as they showed me the car. The test drive was very good and allowed me ample time to get a good feel for the car and how it drives. Purchasing and collection was so smooth and I've not had a handover like it before, in terms of how quick and easy it was. Phillip's aftercare was equally fantastic checking up seeing how I was getting on with the vehicle. Thank you to Philip and the team for a great experience, I'll definitely be returning when I am ready to upgrade again!

Having been given a recommendation to try 911 Sport I am happy to say that I was not disappointed. My Porsche 911 Carrara was in need of repair and a major service and on both counts they went above and beyond my expectations doing an excellent job.
This was my first time to a Porsche independent specialist and these guys really know and understand older Porsches. They give you the opportunity to see your car on the ramp and show you the work that they have done. I was impressed by their attention to detail as well as handing the car back in as new condition.

Bought an outstanding condition 911 Turbo S form Phil & Danny. I was offshore before seeing the car so asked a lot of questions. Nothing was too much trouble and being predominantly a workshop it was refreshing to get the answers I was looking for rather than some sales chat. The video that was sent through sold the car to me without a doubt. You can see from their cars and the workshop everything the guys do is high end. Very impressed and would certainly recommend 911 Sport.

Bought mine 911 C4S from 911 Sport a few months ago. Real engineering and restoration garage with car sales on side which means they know their cars in an out. The car was in excellent mechanical condition. Few minor issues came up after the sale that were dealt with swiftly and with no fuss. If anything, the admin side of the sale could be improved but it is not a big deal given the car itself was prepared to a high standard and ready to drive away immediately. Overall, one of the best, if not the best car purchase experience to date. The business owner, Phillip, is very personable and easy to deal with.

Arrogant, Rude, Unwilling, Unprofessional, with an horrific attitude towards customers!

By far the worst experience I have ever received in my whole life.

Lied to in the first conversation saying the car was part exchanged for a “ 90k 911”, when it was there on sale or return. Which is not a concern or issue, but why lie?

Unwilling to provide answers to simple questions such as, is there an invoice in the paperwork and proof that the car has had a gearbox service or drive belt change in its life and then given responses such as “if you’re worried, go buy a Kia”. Unapologetically rude over both the phone, email and WhatsApp messages!

Really unfortunate, as we were booked in to collect the car on Saturday, but was also left with a message saying “send me your bank details il send the deposit back” when again unwilling to help answer a very simple question prior to our journey.

I cannot believe that people run a business this way and speak to customers in a manner like this. Should be of ashamed of yourself and you don’t deserve anybody’s hard earned money or business. 1 star is generous

If you knew a bad review was to follow then you know deep down how appalling your customer service has beeen. The money was sat there to go for collection Saturday, perhaps you weren’t that bothered because it’s a sale or return car and not your investment tied up, that also speaks volumes about how you feel about your customers who gave you the car back to sell!

I was sent a photo of the service book for the car i was buying, clearly showing that in January when the car was serviced by 911 sport, the drive belt was NOT replaced/checked, but when I asked this to be checked, and asked if there was documented paperwork to confirm it had been done, I was responded with a rude reply and “send me your bank details I’ll return the deposit”. Are we supposed to take word for it when spending over £28000? I’m sure if the car was part exchanged or sold in the future the same thing would be asked to me and I’m pretty confident they wouldn’t just take my word for it.

Perhaps if you can’t bring yourself to answer very understandable and common questions on these cars then you should lock the door and give someone else a chance who can move with the times. Or perhaps get yourself down to Kia where people may just walk in and not ask any questions.

Bought this 911 996 privately a year ago and recently took it to 911 Sport for a major service and thorough check over. Phillip and his crew were really helpful, going through their findings with me thoroughly, and explaining in detail what was required. Although the work was extensive, I thought the cost was not excessive for the work done. The attention to detail was very good, and that is what makes the difference, as these little things are often overlooked.

The car was set up properly, and now is a real pleasure to drive.
