Excellent customer service, took my iPhone in to see if it could be repaired after being water damaged. My phone was fixed in a couple of days and all of my data was still saved on the phone. Used to be really good.
I've gone from 5* to 1*
The guy that was originally in the shop was very polite and helpful. There has been 2 different guys in there since and they have both sold me and my mother inlaw dodgy vapes, pods and liquids.
Unhelpful, don't really know what they are talking about. One guy is also very argumentative and tries to tell me what I like and what I don't like.... 🙄
