Great location, on a quiet street with private parking at the rear. Clean, comfortable bed, lots of little extras. We went over Christmas, and the bubbles, toffees, and mince pies were fab. Breakfast was lovely. Continental of juice, compot, muesli, muffin, and fruit were sufficient with plenty of hot drink varieties. Dog friendly and lovely hosts. There is also a comfortable communal area. Lovely bathroom and separate loo. Robes were also a nice extra.||We did hear voices and noise from below us, but that could just be the guests we had were loud! |I would just like to suggest changing one plug socket to include USB charging points.

We stay in lots of different hotels and this has to be one of the nicest places I’ve ever stayed.|The room is beautifully decorated and all the extra thoughtful touches are fab! The owners have great taste! They have thought of everything.. muffins and fresh orange juice in the fridge, brownies, bran milk and compote.. It is like a home from home. |A lovely hot bath and beautiful shower room.|Very comfortable bed, extremely cosy room !|Thankyou so much x

Perfect location and super easy independent access for guests. |The room was spotless and very well designed and decorated. The bathroom was so spacious and relaxing.|The breakfast was fantastic, such a nice gesture and a welcome change from the usual cooked breakfast. |Travelling anywhere in the UK during July means it’s going to be a bit warm in the rooms but the giant fan helped a lot! |Can’t wait to visit again!

Lovely hidden little gem. For the price, the room was absolutely amazing. Room 2 was quite small though if you are planning on bringing a child with you.
Lovely comfy beds. Big bath and shower, with robes provided. Great selection of teas and coffees, with a kettle and coffee machine. 2 jugs of milk provided in the fridge. Nice healthy breakfast provided within the price, which was in our room at arrival.
Only gripe was there was not enough parking space, so had to park in a bay on the road, but not a huge issue.
Will definitely be back!

No33 HUNSTANTON BOUTIQUE ROOMS was a short walk from the seafront located in a quiet area. The owner gave clear instructions on arrival and the room was found to be spacious and clean. I liked the cakes, orange juice, water and yogurts provided. There was also a selection of tea an coffee. There is a small fridge with a tiny freezer (useful for ice cubes). There is a bath and shower combo which worked well with plenty of hot water. There is no air con but fans are provided. I found the bed to be nice and supportive. Shops and cafes are found by turning right to the end of the road as well as an Indian restaurant. If you need a Supermarket. There is a Tesco (14 min walk) and Sainsburys (7 min walk). Rooms may be expensive but of very good quality.

This place is an absolute must to stay at, the room was fantastic, the bed was super comfy and so big. Very clean and the complementary tea and coffee was spot on, from a cafetiere to coffee pods, the breakfast pinic is a very nice touch. Had a small issue with the key code, but this was sorted after a very quick call. Will be definitely booking again and for longer.

We stayed at No33 on Friday evening and had the best time. I booked on the phone and it was very easy to do. Check in was seamless and the room was lovely. We took our dog and really appreciated the little touches that were waiting for him. The room was clean and had great facilities. The room was quiet and the location to the beach was fantastic. We had the best time and cant wait to come back again!
