We had my son’s 11th birthday with 2XS - 11. Children having a surf lesson. It was so so fun and everyone loved it. The instructors were super cool and the organisation of the lesson couldn’t have been better. Thabkyou so much Rob & Tara!

I recommend highly the ‘Little Rippers Surfing Course for 5-7 year-olds. 2 hours for £60 and they all learned to catch waves and stand up! Sam delivered the boards to the kids and the tuition team was led by Simon with Tom and Ted. So three teachers for seven children on our course which was a great ratio. An energy-packed couple of hours with all the kit provided and after-swim facilities too. Four places left for their 9.15am course on Friday 16th August.

“All of the learning is made easier and safer through the use of soft 9 foot longboards with flexible rubber fins.
West Wittering frequently provides small waves which are perfect for the first steps in surfing. The waves generally appear a few hours before high tide (this is when the surf lessons are scheduled)
We provide children with everything they need to participate, including a high-quality, single lined glued and blind-stitched wetsuit. We also have a warm, dry club house with hot showers, changing rooms and as much tea and coffee as you want so you can eat your lunch in comfort. In fact, the only thing you need to bring is your towel.
All of our instructors are fully qualified and are hand-picked to ensure you have the best learning experience – plenty of fun whilst still learning!
All instructors carry UHF radios, we have jet-ski rescue and there are life-guards on West Wittering beach in the summer months.”

2XS are the best. Lovely people, gorgeous spot and all the gear you could possibly need. You’ll struggle to find a better place to learn wind sports. Big shout out to Tara for her good humour and patience - great instructor!

Went on the windsurfing experience and had an EPIC Sunday! Rob, the instructor gave me the tips I needed to get up and catch the wind. Awesome day. Highly recommend!

My 9year old daughter has really enjoyed her lessons with Sam and the team at 2xs.
She felt reassured at all times.
The facilities are great and everything is provided for a fun and safe experience.

Great 2 hour surf lesson by Luke and Jamie, who gave us some instructions on land first, then had a great time in the sea. They were both patient and just really nice instructors, with the right advice and got me all motivated to pursue this in the future. Furthermore great changing rooms and showers to freshen up after, 5/5 will recommend anytime 👌

5 kids and I had a 2 hour family surf lesson yesterday with Ben - was absolutely brilliant and everyone enjoy themselves. Had 15 mins or so practising on the beach before we hit the waves to practice what we had learned. Everyone got up on the board (even me, ok, just once!) and Ben gave us lots of tips and encouragement to help us improve our technique. Eldest loved it so much he wants a board for his birthday.
So easy to book and all the staff are very friendly and helped me on the phone with my various questions. Can't recommend highly enough - give it a go!

Had a great family surf lesson with Oscar and Conway. They were fun, helpful, informative and made sure our 7-year-old had a great time. They even looked after her so the grown ups could try and catch some waves ourselves. Would recommend to anyone.
