As soon as I met Neil at a networking event I knew that 1Hutch were the right team to build my website. We explained the basics of what we do at MC Environmental, and let them get to work.

I gave them lots, maybe too much input, changing and then reverting things back to previous but nothing was too much trouble.

When we launched the Shopify website, our online sales went through the roof. We could only take card payments over the phone previously but now our customers can book a skip 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

1Hutch initially designed our website a number of years ago. Last year we contacted Neil for some advice re our marketing and he made several suggestions including upgrading the website to a new platform, introducing Social Media, and upgrading our email system. All of which 1Hutch did, and this has since enhanced our presence on Google and other search engines. Katie also regularly adds news blogs to our site to keep it interesting. We have seen a notable increase in our business, so much so we have just had the best year ever in turnover and profit. I can't say enough good things about this company! They’re amazing and are currently building a website for our football team. From the very beginning, they’ve been our biggest supporters, getting to know every single player and even showing up on game days to cheer us on. They really bring a fresh energy to the team! Started work with them in September saying that the Shopify 2.0. migration project will be finished in 4-5 weeks. It has now been over 3 months and nor is there any signs of the project being completed, but there hasn’t been any updates and communication is rare. Only a slow answer may/may not be expected if you reach out to them first multiple times.

Disappointing as I had high hopes as this company is a family-run business. Thought they would take their customers and services more seriously.
